Altitude: 110 m a.s.l. With a view over the Egadi islands
Alcoholic Content: 13.5% in Vol.
Colour: Straw yellow with green/gold reflections. Clear and bright; good legs, good adhesion on the side of the glass.
Bouquet: Immediately one notes a bouquet of mature, white fruit (pear/peach) on the nose; afterwards, it presents floral tones of Meditteranean scrub (myrtle, citrus fruit, broom) at the finish it has a lightly mineral aroma.
Flavour: Fresh and flavourful, with pleasant acidity, consistantly warm; good persistence with notes of nuts and dried fruit (dates, figs, raisins).
Pairing: Seafood: spaghetti with clams, fish cous cous; oiled tuna. Fresh, salted Pecorino cheese.
